The ITB Resolution is a steel, double-hulled oil tank barge with a
capacity of 26,650 barrels at 95% capacity. The 78 metre (256 feet) long barge
incorporates many features found only on large chemical carriers as well as many
safety features unique to ITB's fleet.
The ITB Resolution is the twin of the ITB Reliant. Both barges were built at the
Penglai Bohai Shipyard in China and transported in tandem to Vancouver in September 2008.
